His approach bridges the critical gap between technical systems architecture and strategic business alignment.
Having operated as a registered company director and led APAC operations for global enterprise software platforms, Russell brings a highly structured, board-level methodology to his consulting. His background includes extensive hands-on consulting across a diverse portfolio of complex industries, architecting solutions for law firms, real estate groups, community housing providers, critical infrastructure, telecommunications, and manufacturing.
